How do Abacus tshirts fit?

Please refer to size chart
Abacus Streetwear tshirts are 150 and 180 GSM, 100% Combed Cotton, preshrunk to minimize shrinkage, with double needle bottom hem 
& sleeves. For best washing results and to maintain tshirt quality; wash inside out, cold water, and hang dry.

How much does it cost for shipping?

New Zealand nationwide $9.00 NZD. Shipping 2-3 working days via a ‘Track n Trace’ Courier

International worldwide $18.00 US. Shipping 2-3 weeks via International Air

Shipping – Shipments will be processed within 2 business day of purchase date.

International buyers please allow at least 2-3 weeks for delivery.

Your package will be subject to customs/duties charges. Abacus Streetwear are not responsible for customs/duties charges. These costs are determined by your local customs office. Abacus Streetwear cannot determine, in advance, what these fees will be. We cannot mark International orders as a “gift” in order to bypass or reduce any customs fees – this is an illegal practice and as an established business we will not do this. For more information on customs and duties charges, please contact your local customs office.

What is Abacus Streetwear’s returns policy?

You can get an exchange an item for any reason for an alternative product within 14 days of the original purchase (exceptions can be made for orders outside of the NZ).

Please email info@abacusstreetwear.com your order number, your name and address, details of the product, reason for return and if you require an exchange.

We will then send you instructions. Items must be returned to us as new with original packaging, tags and in a saleable condition*. Shipping charges for the return of the goods will be paid for by you, we will also charge NZ customers a flat rate of $9.00 for P+P and handling (overseas orders will be subject to prices and weight) to get the goods back to you.

Saleable condition* - when trying on items of clothing, please ensure that you are not wearing makeup, perfume / aftershave or a deodorant which may leave a scent or marks on the item. Please also ensure that the environment is free of smoke and any strong odors such as food cooking etc. We will be unable to accept the return of any item where there is evidence that these instructions have not been followed. The item must be returned in its original packaging with any enclosed documentation.

Due to technical processes used, it is imperative that each individual garments’ washing instructions are followed exactly as stated on the care label. Each garment is wash-tested and quality control checked on each production batch prior to leaving the factory. We will not accept returns that have been soiled, torn or damaged due to incorrect washing.

WE REGRET WE CAN ONLY EXCHANGE SALE ITEMS IN THE 14 DAY PERIOD.

What do I do if I receive a faulty or damaged item?

In the unlikely event that the item is sub standard or we have sent you the wrong product please email info@abacusstreetwear.co.nz your order number, your name and address, details of the product, reason for return and if you require a refund or a replacement. We will then send you instructions.

For refunds please allow 5 – 10 working days for the amount to appear in your bank account. This time frame is dictated by your bank or card issuer and is outside of our control. Your refund will be credited to the same card with which you made your original purchase. If for any reason this is not possible, (i.e. the card had been declined or has expired) we will send a cheque to your billing address. Abacus Streetwear will pay the shipping charges for the return of faulty or incorrect goods. These charges will be refunded to the card the order was initially placed with.

Is it safe to use my credit online at Abacus Streetwear

Yes, Abacus Streetwear uses Paypal for credit card transactions.

How will I know you received my order?

Once you have made your online payment through PayPal, PayPal will email you a receipt number of your transaction, then Abacus Streetwear will follow up with an email confirming your order.

What is the purchasing Process?

Steps to purchase tshirts

  1. On www.abacusstreetwear.com click on ‘store’
  2. Choose the product/s you’d like to purchase (size chart is above the price - S-XXL for men and S-XXL for women)
  3. Select your preferred size in the scroll menu
  4. Then ‘add to cart’. This will take you to your shopping cart. If you would like to continue shopping or purchase more click ‘continue shopping’ and proceed by choosing other product with same steps as above.
  5. Once you‘re happy with your order. Select shipping - NZ or Worldwide
  6. Click ‘check out’ and you will be taken to a PayPal page where you can enter your details. Please note that it will take a few seconds to process, so please be patient.
  7. Once you’ve entered your details Paypal will process the order. This takes a few seconds again. Then Paypal will return you to abacusstreetwear.com.
  8. PayPal will email you a transaction receipt immediately. Please check your email for this.
  9. Abacus Streetwear will follow up with an email to confirm that we have received the order. Once confirmed Abacus Streetwear will process & send your order.

How quickly will my order arrive?

NZ customers will take 2-3 working days 

International orders 2-3 weeks

My order has not arrived what should I do?

You can either email us at info@abacusstreetwear.com anytime or call us on +64 21 02206183 between the hours of 9:00am - 5:30pm PMT Monday to Friday. Please state your name, postcode and order ID. We will get back to you asap with a tracking code.

Very occasionally, packages do get lost in transit. If this happens and the error can be traced to us we will replace your order at no charge to you. However, if your package has been delivered to and signed for at the specified delivery address, Abacus Streetwear cannot be held responsible and will not replace the item/s.

Is my personal information kept private?

All the information you provide to Abacus Streetwear including your email address, delivery address and credit card details are strictly private and confidential. Abacus streetwear will not disclose your details to any third party without your express written consent. As a matter of good practice, we do not share any personal information with anyone and we do not sell it to others.

How do I convert NZD into another currency?

All currency conversions can be performed free of charge at XE.com
